Third time is a charm.......

We are extremely sorry to report that repairs to the broken water main will not be completed today. Water will be back on as soon as the city turns it on. Some buildings may continue to experience low pressure this evening. We made the decision to try again tomorrow in order to minimize the amount of time the water is turned off. We apologize for the continued disruption in water pressure and service. It is a unfortunate necessity to complete the repairs properly.

Water repairs update.......

The plumbers are on the property and waiting for the city to turn off the water. When the water is off repairs will continue this afternoon. As we are notified of new information we will update everyone. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and patience while repairs are completed.

A main water leak at building 8 needs repaired. The city of Durham may need to turn off water to the entire property today and tomorrow for repairs. Water will not be turned off before 9 am and will be back no later than 6 pm.

Dear Valued Residents of Beech Lake Apartments,


March 18-20, 2013 your fireplace and dryer vent will be inspected and (if needed) cleaned by NeatNik Services, INC They will begin with building 1 and go in order to building 30.

You must move all items away from your fire place.

All items on and around your dryer must also be moved.

Please secure all pets. Your front door may need to be open while equipment is brought inside.
