Flu Tips

 

Flu season is here, but that doesn't mean you have to sit and wait to get sick. Follow the proactive steps provided below to keep flu germs from trespassing in your home! Our simple flu prevention ensure a healthier flu season for you and your family!

Step 1: Wipe away all germs

Stopping germs from spreading is more effective when you use facial tissues, disinfectants, and disposable towels. Be sure these products, as well as their appropriate disposal receptacles, are always available.

Step 2: Dispense all germs

Washing your hands frequently with soap and water is an effective way to eliminate flu-causing germs. If you don't have access to soap and water, use alcohol-based (at least 60%) cleaners or wipes from dispensers.

Step 3: Safe guard against germs.

Ensuring alcohol-based hand sanitizers or wipes are readily available in lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other high-traffic areas is another easy way to stop flu germs from spreading. These important flu-fighting tools help you, your residents, and your employees stay healthy.
